Member Testimonials
Very organized staff and management that keeps the customers satisfied with the facility and programs.
Your programs are well organized by age group & need. I am a member of your senior program. I have chronic health needs & your Coach, Debbie, has been very attentive to designing a special program to meet my health improvement needs. Keep up the great work!!!
There's something for everyone - young and old.
What a terrific facility. I’ve lived around the country. This is best Y I’ve seen. Equipment in wellness center could be better maintained, but pools, locker rooms always clean. Instructors are knowledgeable and make good use of class time.
Wide variety and excellent instructors and coaches
variety and frequency
Only use the Fitness Center and it is always well maintained and clean. Cybex is best equipment around. Locker rooms are also clean and well maintained. Equipment capacity is always enough to meet demand with little or no waiting.

We love the Y! There’s always an activity for each member of our family and we love to feel part of the great Y!
I love Zumba with Anna and the pilates class kicked my butt! I love all the classes offered that are included in the membership. Also, the childcare is amazing and makes it so I am able to workout.
The variety of the programs offered and their times. The instructors for the group programs are personable and knowledgeable.
OWLS Special Needs camp has been wonderful for our son.
Healthy eating classes
not going often, just feel pretty small, the front desk people kind of not nice...
My favorite y

Water aerobics
Group classes, variety
I like the exercise classes. Really nice staff that work there as well.
I use the weight machines & cardio equipment 3-4 times per week. I lost 60 lbs and feel great. Early hours & great atmosphere. I've been coming to the Y for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Great front desk friendliness. I live in Gwinnett and just wanted to use the cardio over a lunch break. When I told the front desk person I didn’t know what to do in order to use that particular YMCA, She succinctly told me where everything was with a smile on her face. So appreciated! Wish I could remember her name. She also saw me moving quickly for the door after my workout and had my card in her hand for a quick handoff. If you could figure it out (around 12 noon July 18) please let her know.
We only used the outdoor pool facilities but it was an outstanding experience for my family. I have 3 children ranging in ages from 7-11 and the outdoor pool had something for everyone. Some of the lifeguards were friendlier than others, but they did their job and kept everyone safe. Th

The classes for Parkinson's patients are fabulous. They are the best of all the Ys. I drive my brother from Buckhead to attend these classes. Thank you -thank you - this focused exercise has greatly improved the quality of my brother's life.
I also love the line dancing, the senior strength classes and the afternoon water aerobics classes.
The location by the green belt is also a plus.
Your fitness area and equipment are not as up to date as other Ys. But honestly - they work just fine and the people are super.
It would be helpful to have a safe area for mat stretching. It's a little cramped in the fitness area.
I would be lost without the Y. And again - bless you for adopting Parkinson's patients and offering to help them through exercise. It's one of the few things that slows the disease down.
