Programs at the Y are well planned and well designed to fulfill the objectives of the specific classes. I've been a YMCA member for over 20 years and have never found another facility to equal the Ed Isaacson YMCA. The indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained. The instructors I've had are excellent, the staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Once I tried a popular fitness center closer to my home but came running back to my favorite, the Ed Isaacson YMCA.

I want to compliment one of your employees at the Ed Isakson/Alpharetta Y, Cole! Cole was extraordinarily kind and helpful to me a few weeks ago. I wasn't familiar with most of the strength training machines because I usually just do cardio, and he took time to patiently show me how to use several different machines. His kindness was the best and most appreciated part. Please know what a great employee you have in Cole! I don't usually attend that specific Y location, but I'm glad I did.
Everything is great!! The programs, the friendly customer service, etc. Only one issue after many many years - my son's hoodie (very expensive!!) was stolen in the workout room. The guy who reviews the camera told us several times that he would call us after reviewing the camera. He never called!! That was several months ago. Other than that, we love it...

They are all great programs, the kids love even when they have to stay on child care while we are at the health center, they love their swimming class and can’t wait for spring break camp.
I love the Zumba sessions with Anyil. This session makes me feel alive again. Takes me to a totally different world that I absolutely love.

We are new to the Y but so far love everything about it! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, super clean and lots of fun activities - pool, rock climbing wall, basketball courts, gym etc.
Pool is the main activity we come for.
Just wish the family dressing room wasn't so cold.
It's pretty brutal for the kids to walk in there after getting out of the pool.
The instructors are excellent and classes are at all different times so I can always find a class that fits my schedule. I am early bird so the fact I can come at 5 a.m. is wonderful for me!
