I have only utilized the gym, which has been a good environment for someone with social anxiety. My only complaints are the increasing fees (which are clearly due to greed rather than inflation) and the sometimes limited parking.
A lot of variety, different times, good instructors, free parking.
I don’t take any of the classes, but I like that you can work with a trainer to set up a workout routine, and then adjust it as you grow stronger. There is also a decent number of exercise bikes.

They are approachable and not intimidating. Plenty of room to adjust for personal needs, and no instructor is pushing beyond what they should. They focus on proper instruction and technique

Todas las instalaciones son funcionales limpias y adecuadas. Solo que Nunca hay café en la recepción. Siempre cuando termino mis actividades pasaba por un café pero de un tiempo a la fecha ya no hay ?

Almost everything -- great facilities, great staff.
But dang the new app is kind of a mess.
Lots of classes (would like more Barre classes) and good machines and the nice pool. What makes it all come together is the cleanliness of facilities and helpful staff.
The facility is well run, clean and spacious with plenty of natural light from the many windows...a good environment for exercising. Plus the class instructors are very good and positive motivators.
Availability of the weight room
The vibe, the quality of equipment and services, very pleasant surroundings.

I mostly enjoy swimming at 8p, during the week and the pool is usually empty.

The trainers in the gym will meet with you one-on-one to set up an exercise plan for you and then provide follow ups and check in! Ruth is AMAZING and knowledgeable.
Only complaints....1. No outdoor pickleball courts (feel like there is room in back parking lot)
2) the cost is a bit steep, but when you consider the impact to the community, it does seem worth it.
The instructors - the good ones, not the bad ones like Swindia, who is always late to start class and then treats it like her own personal show.

I mostly use the open weight/exercise room - a good number of cardio equipment so I've never had to wait for an open machine. Staff are friendly, and its a positive environment to exercise in. May try a few different exercise classes in 2025 to switch things up!
