The Y is more than a place for physical fitness, it’s an inclusive, supportive community where I see familiar friendly faces and all kinds of people coming together. Being in a space like that is motivating and helps me feel good about taking time to exercise.

What I like about the programs and activities at the Y, is that they are well rounded, fun and promote good health. This saves a lot on healthcare costs for me and my family.
While we haven’t taken advantage of many classes—primarily we are just using the equipment & weights—we understand they are pretty good. We hope to join some of the yoga classes very soon! They’ve been highly recommended!

The variety and frequency of group classes. I would love some HIIT classes that are a bit later than 5:15am!
My best experience is that I lost my job because of health issue and hardly effort my expense. So YMCA family is a real family, they support me and didn't leave my family and me behind. We are one family, no matter what situation you stuck in, YMCA family care about you. Thanks for all support.
