Water aerobics’ instructors are very good
Very family oriented - with outdoor and indoor pools, camps and after-school activities but there’s enough (and varied) equipment and classes (and tennis courts) to satisfy everything adults need. Sanders Y is also a modern facility - lots of glass and light - and the staff is always upbeat and service-oriented.
I like the variety of exercise classes available and the many different times. I also like the friendly people that work at the YMCA! I do wish there were more options for my special needs child!

Pilates and Yoga
Weight room/cardio room nice. Would be helpful to enforce the no use of cellphones please. Often have to listen to loud cellphone conversations even though there's signage stating no cellphone use in weight room. Staff at front desk very nice.

The YMCA Carl Sanders Buckhead has a fantastic variety of gym equipment and other sports offerings. I love being able to use the pool, hot tub, steam room, or sauna after workouts.

A variety of programs with flexible schedules.
This location gives a variety of activities and workout options as a LA fitness, w/o the crowding. The tennis program is great for adults and children beginner to advanced.
LOVE Pickleball....Ian is amazing and Coach Michael rocks. I appreciate all that the Y is doing to help this growing sport.....Hope we can continue to move forward!
