Everyone is so friendly, it's clean. It's not too crowded and I like the morning classes. You are all doing such a great job and I am lucky to have the Y.
I play tennis there but also appreciate all the programs you have for low income children.

I LOVE THE Y CYCLE CLASS at 8:30 oh my goodness she’s WONDERFUL!!! And I have been in a few that her husband has taught and HES WONDERFUL TOO .. so they are my FAVORITE INSTRUCTORS ❤️🙋♀️

You have the best equipment and in my opinion all possible activities.
It’s all great, but would love to have the soap dispensers in the showers filled more regularly. Also, signing up for a lap lane is difficult because you can’t tell which lanes are available, so you have to click on them one by one

I don't participate in programs and activities. I'd probably participate more if I received regular emails from the Y, but apparently I'm not important enough to get them. My husband receives the emails because his name is first on the account and he pays the monthly fees. I learned that the email program that the Y uses cannot send both of us emails when I complained that I got no notice whatsoever that the workout space with the elliptical machines was closed last week due to delivery of equipment. I had gone to the trouble of driving across town to get to the Y only to find out I would have to wait a couple of hours before that space would be open again. That was the second time I had that experience and I find it unacceptable. In this age of email and texting, I cannot understand nor condone why I cannot received information from the Y. After all, someone was able to send me this satisfaction survey. Strange that I couldn't get word about the closing of a significant space and save myself the inconvenience, wasted gas, and overall pain the neck of an aborted visit to the Y.

The biggest draw is your incredible staff!! I love the cheery faces greeting me at the front desk and throughout the gym. I love the trainers who are always ready to answer questions. I love my trainer, Sally, who has been a great teacher and mentor and cares about my well-being! The gym is always impeccably clean and organized! Thank you for being a great respite from the world outside!
