Really like the Y Burn Total Body classes, particularly the classes led by Jay and Andy which are more focused on strength and less on aerobics. Also value the tennis facilities, although we haven't used them in a while.
Classes are easy to sign up for according to your own schedule and the equipment is always available! The staff is always helpful .
The availability of different programs and time of programs allows for flexible scheduling. The people leading the programs and activities are great!

The YMCA is my home away from home. I'm there typically 6 days out of 7. I love the friendly atmopshere, the cleanliness, the quiet (enforcing no cell phones), the wide assortment of machines. While I don't often take classes, I appreciate the availability of some many types at so many times.
Great equipment, nice locker room. My wife loves the classes especially Lilian's class.

I like the variety of activities offered by the Y and the very friendly and helpful personnel and instructors. I like the cleanliness of the facility and adherence to certain rules that benefit all members, such as no talking in cell phones in workout areas. I appreciate the courtesy of members and personnel.
I wish the outdoor pool would open during the week now before camps begin so that seniors and others could enjoy the outdoor pool and peaceful surroundings to take a dip, read and relax. I love kids and am a grandparent myself...not complaining about the little ones and them having their time too!

How they are customized to the individual you are made to feel you are a problem or just get on with it as a beginner I thought everyone other clients would judge me I experienced non of that I enjoy attending even if I can’t make it daily
I have enjoyed the classes offered, the uplifting atmosphere, great instructors, and the Wellness Coach program (Ana is committed, knowledgeable, and compassionate!). The welcoming, helpful staff make me enjoy every visit to the Y.
Kelly Ann's Pilates classes are the best.
We have been members for quite some time and never really took advantage of all the wonderful things you have to offer. We especially wanted to start some kind of a workout program and Sally was absolutely amazing!! She is the reason we will be healthier at our age and more active. Thank you so much

The Carl E. Sanders YMCA location is the best Y facility I’ve ever seen. They offer so many great group workout classes, their tennis and pickleball programs are fun to be apart of and the facility is so clean and tidy!!! Not to mention, the staff is so helpful and sweet! There are opportunities to volunteer in their community Y events which is also amazing and I definitely recommend getting a membership here!

The classes are great. The equipment is great and there are always weights available. It is a friendly atmosphere that is welcoming and a comfortable place to work out for people of all ages.
