Variety and good instructors
I like the warm and inviting atmosphere of your staff members. In addition, I enjoy having various activities to choose and select from. My favorite thus far is the yoga class and fitness center. I do plan to reach out to the water aerobics classes.
We are very happy with the senior exercise classes my husband and I have been taking since early January 2019. Very helpful and 45 minutes is the right length of time for us !

The Sanders YMCA is great! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly - supporting health, fun and learning. The facilities are perfect for the great variety of classes and wellness workouts. The daily trivia question puts a smile on all our faces. Thank you!!

We love the atmosphere. Lovely smart employees who are friendly and helpful. Friendly nice members too. It’s the best place for us to workout and feel we are a part of a special place.
I love all of the classes. The teachers are all really good.

Like the larger free weight area. Gym always seems in order and clean. Love the free towels.

Aside from the wonderful programs and facilities you provide, I have been really impressed by your housekeeping staff who always ensure the building is spotless and well stocked with towels. I really appreciate their efforts.
Ive been working out for a month now! Three times a week on the machines and up to 2 miles on the tread mill. I have taken some great classes: Robert Strength and Lisa Humphreys Strength. Both great classes. Havent lost weight because I gained muscle. Good news is I have more tone and lost an inch. Glad I joined again.
We love the YMCA! And I recommend it to everybody specially families, great pool, kids activities and child care, so the mom can work out too!
Clean workout/weights area that is surprisingly quiet and calm (thank you for no blaring music!) great group exercise options, yoga, step aerobics. Glad to know there are options for personal trainers too.
Gentle Yoga was great!

I've only been a few times but so far I've enjoyed the classes. I would like to see another Hatha Yoga class offered in the evening if that is at all possible. I've enjoyed your spin teachers.
