Nice equipment and environment to work out in.
Group exercise classes, especially Jesse's Fierce Funk and Cardio Groove and Funk Dance classes and Strength classes.
I also appreciate all of the other options I have - while I predominately spend my time on group exercise, I like knowing that if I get injured and need to switch to something like swimming, it's an option.
Finally, I like the community aspect. It feels like the membership is a diverse cross section of the community, and I appreciate that feel about it.
I like weight room and track.

I joined the Buckhead Y last spring mainly for the spin classes. I was very happy with the quality and number of classes offered. Unfortunately, in the past few months there have been changes made regarding instructors. The quality of the the 8:15 class has suffered greatly. I’m back to flywheel, paying a crazy price in order to get a spin class that is motivating, fun and effective. Jennifer is great, but the other instructions offered at the 8:15 class during the week are not up to the quality of a good spin class. It’s a shame because I really like the Y. The rest of the facility and classes I take there are outstanding!
The size of the facility, the range of personal training assistants in terms of the needs of each individual and the large inventory of equipment make the Buckhead YMCA a premier work-out facility.
Oh, and the availability of its programs and activities to all members of the Atlanta community truly helps bind all members of the community together.
Machines and free weights
I enjoy the staff, facilities and friends. I do not like the noise level in the big gym . In order to hear radio /music I wear sound blocking ear pads designed for shooters.
I do very much so, the customer service has been excellent & My family & I just became members.
Group exercise classes
The adult tennis program for ALTA teams and tennis clinics is excellent. I also enjoy the weight room which is spacious and has an appropriate number of machines for use.
Organized
My entire family loves the Y! My four year old daughter loves going to summer camp here, everyday she comes home happy and tired, I love that everyday she's learning new skills at camp. Her camp counselors are amazing! My husband loves the incredible equipment and workout room, he's lost over 25 lbs since he joined. We both enjoy the playroom so that we can drop.our daughter off and go workout while she plays with her friends. I enjoy the variety of group classes that are offered as well as the steam room and sauna. And both pools are awesome. We can usually be found at the outdoor pool in the summer. I'm so glad that my friend told me about this YMCA and I tell everyone I meet what an incredible place this is!

Yoga
I like the facilities and the staff. So far I have not any programs or activities.
So far we have only used the outdoor pool and we have enjoyed it.
Staffs at buckhead YMCA are friendly and helpful!
