Some employees are not covering their nose with their mask (do not have dates written down).
Also, at 9:15 am on Sunday, Nov. 8 there were 10 people in Lanes 1-2 for a class. Seems like too many people to have in the pool (there were 14 total between all lanes — a couple was sharing Lane 3).
Tennis and socializing
The Buckhead Y has done everything possible to give members a wide range of activities that can be safely accomplished during the pandemic. I have been very impressed with the efforts taken to maintain a clean and sanitized environment in all areas. The staff has remained enthusiastic and encouraging.
Love the pool... Also love the variety of classes offered.. Truly, there is something for everyone at the Y.... ❤️❤️

I love the workout classes and having my own dedicated space to work out. Before covid precautions classes could get very busy but now it feels more controlled.
Offer a wide variety of programming both for adults and children. The staff are friendly and recognize me when I visit. I feel that they work hard to create a safe and clean environment during the pandemic.
Wish the Carl Sanders Y would return to closing at 10:00 P.M. Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 P.M. on Fridays.

My experience with programs and activities is very limited because my primary activity at the Y is walking/running the treadmill. Also, I joined only a few months ago. Once I become stronger, I will participate in classes, etc.
In general, I'm very impressed by the Y's dedication to infection-control, and the cleanliness of the facility. The front-desk staff always are very courteous and helpful. During the summer, the temperature was kept at a cool level, ideal for people like me who perspire a lot during exercise. (Lately, however, the temperature level has not been as cool.)
Love all the fitness instructors - especially the turbo kick instructors!
There are alot of programs and activities to choose from. Which is great for me because I need a variety of options to choose from when I exercise.
