What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have used the Y, for years in so many different ways. When I started I was 40 and I enjoyed many of the exercises for younger women. At this point I'm 73 and I'm still finding classes and yoga to suit my needs! I love the instructors and the way they organize the classes. Many of my classes are on the floor or in a chair for part of the class. I'm also enjoying doing weights in the weight room.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Very nice facility with friendly staff and clean environment. We have enough equipment that waits for using equipment are infrequent. We do need a few more ellipitical machines.
