Move was made so much easier with their help. Came by to do a site visit and provided valuable information to make whole experience pretty much pain free! And the team that came in to move my belongings were unbelievable.. Trevor & Tim were friendly, organized and made the moving from A to B look beyond easy. My experience with QMM has been amazing from start to finish! My first contact was with Francis, who helped get the moving ball rolling by answering all of my questions with kindness, understanding & humor. I then was transferred to Lorraine, who helped explain the actual process and helped me with the border paperwork with a caring attitude. My truck driver Nick, was so polite & conscientious, he really knew his stuff! I felt confident that my belongings were in good hands for the cross country trip from the US to Canada. Nick kept in contact with me and all the QMM staff made efforts to keep me informed along the way. When I had issues with my personal vehicle at the border, Heather Howells stepped in and confidently took over, providing sound step by step advice helping me to navigate this stressful glitch. Thanks to her, this issue resulted in a positive outcome! Heather was caring & compassionate and her actions showed her desire to help me see this through. Her skills and expertise with vehicle border crossings is such a valuable asset and I hope QMM appreciates her for how well she looks after her clients. My belongings arrived a few days late due to bad weather & truck repairs, but all seems to be well. Nick helped to make the unloading process seamless. He stacked the boxes in a considerate way so I had access to them. It seems like QMM takes pride in their customer service from beginning to end. I really felt like I had someone in my corner guiding me through this unnerving & stressful process. Everyone I dealt with made the whole process so much easier! Thank you !

The move went very well. Ingrid was great and kept me updated on the status of my belongings from start to finish.
QMM saved me from significant headaches and stress. Thanks to them the only thing I needed to do was pack my belongings in boxes and tell them where I was moving. From there on out they handled everything and kept me updated on any changes.
I’m pleased to say that our experience with QMM was positive! We gave the company short notice concerning our moving dates, and yet they were able to accommodate us. The move entailed a cross country trek, the few challenges that presented themselves were promptly addressed and solved!

QMM were professional, helpful, efficient and made the move so much less stressful than it might have been. This is the third time we have used them and I would strongly recommend them to everyone.
Had way too much to do to help with my wife's medical needs. Did not have the time or energy to deal with a move, so I had QMM take care of all of it, including the packing.

This was my second move with QMM and it went just as smoothly as my first. Everyone was very polite, responsive, and professional. My items arrived safely when promised so you can’t really ask for anything more.

Working with QMM was a good experience. They were professional, organized and took good care of our belongings.
Staff was outstanding. Most professional moving company we have ever used. On top of every detail and very communicative. Moving crew was focused, efficient, friendly and careful. It was clear they knew their roles and that they put customer first. All went to plan on moving dates and times and no surprise experience on billing. I would definitely use QMM again.

Moving went very well on both instances , the crew helping us for the moving did a great job , they were very efficient and they took care of everything.
Arrived on time, we’re very organized, very efficient, very polite very clean and careful handling all of the furniture. They also work so fast I could hardly believe it. It was the best moving experience of my life.
