Although it was 2 weeks prior to our move we received a confirmation of a move date, all went smoothly and the move from Ontario to New Brunswick was completed within 4 days! They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Ours was a cross border move which could cause anxiety but QMM has the experience to answer all my many questions and make it all go smoothly. Any kind of move can be stressful but the QMM development coordinator and also the move manager who were on top of our particular situation and available by phone made all the difference. QMM's local contacts who did the packing and the driver who carried our goods and delivered them just as expected were also top notch. The development coordinator offered to reestimate our move after I told him I felt we had less to move than the first time he figured it. His doing so saved us several hundred dollars. QMM deserves its high ratings,having earned it through many trouble free moves like my own. We have moved 8 times and this was right up there as one of our best.

Everything was great from start to finish. I had to organise to move my elderly father from one city to another, remotely from a third location - during a pandemic. And it couldn’t have gone better. Highest recommendation for the company and everyone we dealt with through the whole process.

Sam, he driver was awesome! The loading crew in Maple Ridge were great. Sam got the trailer load right up to the new house down a real narrow driveway. The unloading crew were short handed for part of the day, and Sam pitched in and probably unloaded half the stuff himself.
Our move from Sherwood Park to our new home on Osoyoos Lake went very smoothly at both ends. The movers (Jay, Shannon, Dino, and Dan) were very organized and took the necessary steps to protect our floors and household belongings including our large screen TV, large clock, kayaks, and golf cart.
From our perspective the experience with Quality Move Management from start to finish was professional and efficient. Thank you to Bob Bezanson, Raina Bhatia, and Jay’s moving team.
Bob Bezanson made us trust him with his experience, knowledge and pleasantness. Myah was superb in bringing everything together.
Our only observation is that we wish we had more information about when our F&E was going to leave Sherwood Park. That way we could have planned better in order to have had a door to door move.
The moving teams were friendly and very cautious with all of my belongings. You might think its pricy to do business with them but you pay for quality no doubt there. No hidden fees everything is up front on your bill. I would recommend these guys any day what a great experience.

I recently completed a cross-country move. I must have sourced out seven or eight different quotes for the job. The majority of them came in at around the same amount $2750 - which told me that they were all using the same program to calculate the cost. No call to check-in, just constant emails to book the move.
One company was different.
Quality Move Management is a partner with Allied Van Lines (who moved my wife's contents from Toronto the year prior).
The cost was significantly higher, but the trust factor was amped up when one of the managers called me, Bob Bezanson. He wrote me and asked for a phone conversation. He asked to have a zoom call to go through my apartment and get a good grasp of what was going to be moved, the size, and quantity.
From what I remember, my wife's contents were handled with extreme care, and although the price was double all of the other quotes, I trusted the first person to give me a ring and talk through the move.
Bob handed me over to Myah MacDermott to get everything scheduled - and she was very hands on to get everything right.
The movers in Toronto, who hailed from Winnipeg, took such good care of my furniture and belongings. Literally wrapping anything and everything that could be damaged with a blanket - including my couch, and artwork.
The took the hardware off anything that could damage any of my stuff and placed it all in box, labelled for the receiving movers to re-attach.
The receiving movers were a Vancouver team - who were equally as careful and friendly as the outgoing movers.
Everyone was on time, communicative, professional, and diligent.
They took care of my things as if they were their own.
When it comes to a cross-country move, don't cheap out.
Call the professionals and have the job done right.
My husband and I were relocating from Canada back to the US after just 18 months of unsuccessfully attempting to work remotely. I contacted 3 moving companies but only Quality Move Management ever returned my call. From my first contact with the sales rep (Bob) through to the move coordinator (Neetu) and then the driver (Dale) and his crew (in both countries), communication and organization was excellent. Under normal circumstances I would have pushed for 3 quotes but when QMM provided their quote, the pricing to return our goods was basically what we had paid to ship them North. I appreciated the patience that the sales rep and move coordinator had because our situation was very fluid for a few months, as to when we wanted our goods picked up. I changed the pick up date several times and was never made to feel like I was inconveniencing or frustrating anyone. I learned our driver in Canada would be the driver doing our delivery as well. While I had a window of days as to when the drop off would arrive, the driver was quite confident about when he would be arriving at our new house, before he even left Canada. He stayed in touch with me once he got on the road and had his schedule sorted for the other deliveries he needed to do, prior to our’s. In the end, he was a day earlier than he had originally thought. We have moved all over the world and this was probably the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. We needed a small shipment of household items (totes, pictures boxes etc)moved from Ontario to Calgary. Everything was removed from a family member's basement in Ontario and delivered here in Calgary without any issues. We know that these small shipments are not so easy to arrange and so we are pleased that the move went well and the final price was very reasonable too.
This was the most professional move we have had, from start to finish. I was actually very nervous for this move based on some past mediocre to bad experiences, and this completely removed any concerns we had. Our movers were organized, professional, friendly, and amazing. I wish people could know how nervous I was and the level of happiness with our move but there isn’t enough space to leave that review. We want to thank Jamie and Mike for the most streamlined and courteous move we could have asked for. Mark my words, when we need to move from our rental to our forever home in 2 years we will specifically be requesting you! Thank you, EVERYONE, for the amazing service.

The workers were very polite and worked hard. They didn’t complain when they had to deliver our things to a third floor apartment which was as far from the elevator as possible.
