Guilt free zone. Everyone is welcomed. Great machines and weights. All though I may say I wished the Steam room was up and operational. Its been too many years since anyone has been able to use it

I love the senior fitness classes!
Diversity of programs. Plenty of cardio options by way of treadmill, stationary bikes, etc.
The mini holiday camp was awesome!!!!! Friendly staff and well planned.
There seem to be lots of options available at the Town Lake Y.
Great Zumba classes, convenient, friendly, well maintained.
After only going to the east side location prior to this, the lifting area is 300x better and I loved it!
The facility is clean, well staffed and offers an amazing variety of programs. The work out area is enormous and has every possible weight one csn imagine. Many ellipticals and varieties of bikes for cardiac fitness.
I had a temporary membership as I am from Chicago. I can’t wait to return when I visit Austin again.
Swimming
The activity times and duration are just right. The facility is clean and inviting.
Love the classes and rowing machines so far!
I like especially the people working there.
Good staff, great classes, clean equipm
Great instructors, friendly people.
Good variety of classes that are appropriate for seniors. Senior led social activities often happen outside formal classes due to the member's involvement. I like that kind of participation. It is a beautiful location, always
beckoning one to be outdoors, another healthy benefit.
A couple of thoughts:'
1) You should try to find court time for "beginners pickleball."
2) Need to replace lighting on the court - especially on the East end of the floor where there are a lot of lights out.
Thanks. Very nice Y.
There is a wide variety I only used the cardio machines and the weight room on this visit.
Bodypump, Cardio Dance funk, Volleyball, Basketball
The welcome of persons of all age groups and ethnic diversity.
The diversity of choices for exercise and physical well-being (and thereby mental well-being).
Adequate parking
Maintaining a clean facility.
My adult daughter is autistic and the Y offers her a warm, welcoming, safe place, where she can be herself, learn, and grow. The Y offers a variety of programs and activities that I enjoy from weightlifting to swimming and yoga. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They always greet us with a smile. I see people from all walks of life, blue collar to professionals. I meet people from varied ethnicities and cultures. The Y is a very important asset for the entire community
Carly's Zumba classes! Before her it was Nikki. I like the pickleball too.
I like the weight rooms and cardio rooms.
The variety, friendly staff, great location(s).
❤️ the app to sign up for classes and check status
All the hours that so many swimming lanes are open.
Outdoors Chi Gong class, and Lisa as a teacher.
The staff are so welcoming and professional especially Craig McLaughlin.

I came for the dry sauna, first and foremost.
I appreciate the mix of cardio and resistance machines, which are better than any other gym I've been to.
I like the variety of yoga, Tai Chi, and Quigong classes.
But I was most surprised by the overall feel of the place, and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff, which is far better than I could have hoped for.
This last is the primary reason I'd recommend the Town Lake YMCA.
