The coaches teach fundamentals all the while making the experience fun for the children.
I'd love the different YMCAs to have different cardio equipment. That way there would be more equipment to choose from. There is a running machine called a zero runner that I'd love to use here. The YMCA that I belonged to in Manchester, NH had one. I loved it!!

Love the childwTch first and foremost. The staff are always so caring and friendly on pick up and drop off. Great facilities. Front desk staff always say hi and super engaging. Lots of fun classes, particularly love the yoga.
The instructor for my cardio dance class was excellent. The facility is HUGE and has so many machines and weights!
I just use the weight room downstairs

Yoga classes,
I’ve only done the yoga classes, the ones I have attended are fun, approachable, and effective. The instructors are all great, each with a unique style.
I have also used Child Watch for my children, and this location is great! My children love spending time there.
I like the instructors. They are great!
Convenient location and time. Ability to exercise while child is on lesson. Focus on safety and lesson.
I like the community at the Townlake Y. I especially like the spin classes.
