Clean, accessible facilities. Support community, incl all ages. Employ people who have great attitudes but may have difficulty with jobs elsewhere.

Coach MIchael Cummings is a fantastic coach in youth baseball. Also we've had a great ref for the last couple of years - I don't know his name but he's so kind and supportive of the kids.
Excellent equipment, friendly and helpful staff, and also I have benefited from the efforts of personal trainers.
Price and people.
Everyone here is super nice. From the director Erin to the child watch employees and even those that come to work out and or hang out . My children and I love the in door pools. I just wish they had a changing/dressing area where all age children from 0-12 yrs old could go and change with the parent(s)/guardian (s). That would help us parents that are wanting their kids to be in the same area as them. Especially those parents that are protective of there children.
Group classes
I haven't tried any of the programs or activities yet.
I like that I see all kinds of people at the Y, from young to old, slim to quite large, different races and ethnicities. People wear many different outfits at the YMCA too. Some other gyms only seem to have mainly white 20 to 40 year old members who all look healthy and trim wearing super slinky outfits. I like the way the Y feels more like just everyday people and a cross-section of our Austin.
I like all the different Yoga classes and variety of instructors. So far, most of them have been great, even though they vary so much in their teaching style.
The many options available.
My visit was great. The front does was extremely helpful. I would gladly return to visit.
Great staff and services. Super friendly atmosphere making me feel welcome. The location is very convenient to my office downtown so no excuses.
We love the yoga classes and the quality of instructors.
Childcare program and staff are the best ever! I bypass two YMCA's that are closer because of the childcare staff at 5he Town Lake YMCA. I also love that the Town Lake trail is part of the facilities, as well as their large free weights area.

Very open to whom ever is a member and is interested. The coaches are very wonderful and I enjoy the experiences i have everytime i go.
I have not yet taken advantage of many activities yet, but I love the friendliness and diversity here. Thank You

My favorites!
Town lake and oak Hill are great, we love the pools which are perfect for our toddler daughter. Plenty of options with classes too. In town lake I would like to see family bathrooms for dad's with kids though, same as oak hill.
