The warm atmosphere, it’s just a welcoming environment and really nice staff. I particularly love the reservation system for the pool lanes. It was always stressful pre-pandemic not knowing if you would be able to get a lane, but the reservation system allows you to plan and give you that assurance you’ll be able to get your intended workout in and the app is really easy to use.

Bodypump on Monday afternoon with Michael is awesome. It was my first time to take a group exercise class since before the pandemic, and as he coached the class, Michael made sure to check in with me every once in awhile. I felt genuinely supported and that my success mattered. Can’t wait to come back next Monday!
The facility was clean and I liked that there were spray bottles available for me to pick up near the front door and take with me to class.
The Welcome Center staff did a great job of welcoming me and saying goodbye as I left even though they were helping many people.

Yoga is so great at the Y! I have always loved the children’s activities and classes as well.
I really like that the Y started conducting outdoor classes during COVID and has continued those classes outdoors. And I contributed to the effort to install a roof over the outdoor exercise area to the east of the Townlake YMCA entrance.
Something for every fitness level. Good instructors. Friendly staff
Great place to swim and soak in the hot tub. Convenient by car if you have one or the #3 bus if you don't. You have to set a time with the app, but that's the only complication.

Your extensive yoga program. My branch doesn’t offer much beyond gentle yoga. You offer a full range of yoga beyond beginner.

I love the communal nature of the place. We feel we belong and we just recently joined. Good connection with staff and members.
Access to hike & bike trail, friendly & helpful staff, clean facilities, programs. It is a community center, multi-generational.
The swimming pool is so clean and I love the swim reservations!! I know when I arrive (with a reservation) there is a place for me! The locker rooms are very clean and everyone is friendly. I love this Ymca!
I only use the pool. I like the reservation system. I know you started it with the pandemic but I hope you continue it.
I'd like to see all the straps replaced on the stirrups on the spin bikes. Most of them are old and the buckles arrested.
Great classes - body pump, body flow, yoga-lates, awesome instructors, all employees are friendly!!!!
Loved it just wish child watch was a bit longer and more available I have 6kids so it’s hard for us to find sitters to watch our kids while we work out if the child watch is unavailable due to over crowding
