A program and activity list was not available.
With Covid, getting to the Y has required much more planning with lots of rules & changes. We appreciate all that has been done to keep all safe. But, with the changes plus the stress of Covid and Trump, exercise was low on our to do list. We have just begun to come back to the Y. I hope we can keep it up. I had just started with a great trainer before Covid and hope I can do that again. I use to enjoy the classes in palates & yoga. We also swim laps. Our Springs Y has outstanding facilities, equipment & classes. We really enjoy going.
Aqua classes-(Aqua Interval) would live to see more. Just 3 on the schedule. Need to add a Monday and a Friday class at minimum.
Everyone who works at the Springs Family YMCA in Dripping Springs is unwaveringly cheerful and welcoming. All of them! Extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for years, since my kids were babies, and I’ve seen a few faces that started out working there as teens who are now adults in supervisor positions. It’s wonderful to know the names of the people who work there, and to know that they’re good people, always eager to help and brighten my day. The facility is sparkling clean, the amenities are plenty!
I love the group activities because of the support system it creates, but I love the machines because they can be used at any time. I also appreciate the tremendous effort it took to keep the Y open during the pandemic. Thank you.

Love the outdoor lap pool, facilities are clean, I like the private open air changing facilities with showers, friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

I visited the Springs Y for the first time over the weekend to try the outdoor pool. It was great! The lifeguards let us in early and the pool was super nice.
Only downside was the parking lot was a bit confusing since it seemed a kids' activity was finishing and people were walking all over.

Affordable and very clean and exceptionally kept up. The Dripping Springs facility is outstanding! The facility is beautiful.

Everything is updated, and nice, plus the staff is amazing, and positive people to see daily. My kids and I look forward to going as much as we can!
When will normal operating hours resume? As I noted in previous comments, there has been about a 25-30% reduction in operating hours, yet there has been no reduction in membership fees. With the resumption of swim team practice, lane availability is even further reduced.
YMCA is doing a great job, especially considering the Covid epidemic!
