Great
A very nice, welcoming facility. Great for swimming with my granddaughter and lessons!
I believe our instructors are very knowledgeable, committed and professional.
Our facility is relatively new and evolves regularly to address the needs of our community for various ages and equipment.
I feel very blessed to have our instructors and staff here in Dripping Springs, Texas.
Pickleball and exercise equipment!
Love the Y
Love the senior class and strong class. Wish it was easier to get into the yoga beginner classes.
While I don't like the new machines in the strength training room so much (we miss the specific abdominal, bicep, tricep machines), I love that our Y now offers Senior Strong five days a week. All of the leaders are great. My husband and I try to attend twice a week. We love Annette's class, but have switched one of our days to Monday because it's great to be trained by someone close to our age like Penny, who relates to an older body but has more energy than most folks 30 years younger. I would love to see the Y add another truly gentle class geared to older adults on Friday or Saturday mornings.
All in all, the Y is a great place to exercise and meet new people!
I like the “club” feel of the Y. I like the offerings for kids
Yoga and senior strong! Please add more classes taught by Penny Reeves!
Very clean. General availability of machines. Wide variety of classes.
Great swimming pool!
Dripping Springs desperately needs a spa or whirlpool tub, dry sauna or even a steam room.
I spoke to one of the ‘senior pool maintenance individuals a few years ago before they added the outdoor pool area and he told me that it was his voice not to have them.
When I asked why, he said they were a headache for him to care of and he was the one having to service and perform maintenance on everything there.
It’s too bad because the decision for adding a whirlpool spa/dry sauna was made by one individual and not the voice of members or others.
So again, the Dripping Springs YMCA is lacking in these features that other competitive Health Clubs have.
Even the Oakhill branch has these amenities.
The ‘Y in Dripping Springs should seriously consider these added water features as the area will continue to grow with other health/sport facilities in time.
It’s too nice of an updated facility not to have all of the water features for its area of clientele.
Thanks for listening,

Friendly and encouraging team
The instructors are AWESOME! My grandson is terrified of going into the water. However as soon as he is with one of the instructors, everything changes. He is learning to swim (3 yo) in a safe and caring environment.
The swim lessons have been great and Theo has loved both his teachers and made so much progress over the past couple of months.
Janet is a skilled instructor
The instructors are so good
We love swim team!
People are welcoming. Having indoor and outdoor pools.
Kids programs are great!
My daughter is in swim team at the Y in Dripping Springs. The staff at the facility is always so kind and welcoming. The location is kept super clean as well. I always find it enjoyable when visiting. Although not actively working out on my own right now at the facility I would consider it. Thanks.
I love the YMCA (Dripping Springs location) but there are no classes for working individuals who work 8-5. All offered classes are during the day and this is a major disappointment as a Y member.
I would go to YOGA classes every day if offered before or after work hours.
The times work for me and instructors are good!
Great classes and instructors

Water aerobics classes are great.
