I really like the pickleball community. I have met very nice people there and enjoyed playing pickleball with them. I even introduced a friend to it this week. She really liked it too.

Diverse selection of exercise programs and equipment and the quality of the Trainers. I like that there is a mixed age group. No one needs to feel left out.

Love the yoga, pilates, barre fit and senior strong classes.
The instructors are so personable and really pay attention to the individual.
I especially love Whitney and Melissa.

Ease of access, variety, community

pickleball!

I am a senior citizen and enjoy the Senior Strong several times a week. I have enjoyed yoga in the past and hope to return to at least one gentle yoga class a week.

Thanks to the Y for adding more Senior classes as they seem to be full and sometimes hard to get on the list.

I give the senior exercise class credit for helping my husband and I recover from past surgeries a bit easier.
