I love the pool, both the lap and kids pool. I can always find a cardio machine, and I like the weight room space.
The spin classes are great, too.
Lots of machines to use, very clean facility, nice attendants, and more family friendly.
Variety, Hugs. cheek kisses, people especially lifeguards & Y employees.
Y'all know who this is, Jean & Hi to James Finck who I never see anymore.

Nice
The gym with machines and free weights, the water aerobics, yoga and senior fitness
Soccer and volleyball currently.
My daughter loves volleyball and the kids all love to swim. We hope to explore more team sports in the future and look into various fitness classes as well.
There are many classes that interest me.
Ease of ability to get to the desired equipment. Welcoming at the front
I LOVE Rocky's classes. They're the only classes I go to.
I also really appreciate the weights and tools in the gym and the hours the gym is opened.
The gym could use another rowing machine or two.
I don't access the programs or activities. I just work out there on my own and appreciate how low key and friendly it is.
I love the Zumba and Yoga classes, using the stationary bikes and the walking track. I had a total knee replacement March 2018 and this has been an important part of my physical therapy. My young granddaughter has been taking swimming lessons at the Y for several years and my husband attends the same group classes as I do. It's a family affair!
There is a good variety of group classes offered at various times that can accommodate my work schedule.
There are programs for all ages and stages, for fit or for recovering clients. The attitude is caring and people are welcoming, both staff and participants.

It's family oriented, good environment, and great programs for all the family.
