I love your swim lessons: my husband has been able to take swim lessons for the first time at age 46 and he's loving feeling comfortable in the water! I also love how welcoming your facilities are and that we have a lot of great memories together for our little family at the YMCA!
I like how friendly the staff is and how easy it is to find a place to work out with normal people all around. And my kids enjoy the kid watch classes

community and staying active as a senior
You have a good variety of programs to meet the needs of many people. This location has always seemed more like a village with a friendly, helpful staff. I have found the Arthritis Aquatic Class is just right for me. It meets my physical & social needs. Through the years, I have met many very interesting, intelligent people. I have attended the class 3 times a week for 32 years . Now in my 90th year my doctors say they think it has contributed to my good health. Since I’m slightly limited in activity, my daughter says it is the last thing to give up.
Variety. Family members. Kids activities. It’s clean and friendly.
I love the classes. I love inclusive how inclusive it is. All kinds of people go there. It is especially amazing that they offer classes for teens.

The people are great
Availability of classes and not crowded.
I appreciate your support of silver sneakers. I love your outdoor pool for lap swimming
Silver Sneakers allows me the privilege of taking advantage of all the things the YMCA has to offer.
Friendly atmosphere. Equipment kept clean. Facility convenient to access.
As a beginner, senior and a newbie to the Y my interest lies in the senior programs for yoga and pilates. As I understand it, a program or two is being discontinued which has already developed into a crowded room for senior yoga/pilates.
It would be extremely helpful if the rooms could be rearranged/switched for a larger room or more instructors recruited for the senior yoga/pilates portion of the programs.
I regularly attend the classes and I love so many of the instructors! First name removed, Mary, Sabrina in particular are stellar! The quality of the instruction is outstanding and they’re so helpful in modifying up and down in intensity to make sure everyone gets a quality workout.
The equipment in the workout rooms meet the needs of the participants but I do wish the second barre was installed.
