the workout is always good. every class is different which keeps it interesting and you don't get tired of going to the same class. The instructors have great messages and are super friendly and approachable. Modificatiions are suggested so that you can create a workout that works for fitting each person

Modern amenities- showers, locker rooms, water station, rooms, clothing - all create an inviting atmosphere! Plus heated classes to get you in the zone! :)
Great class!!! I wish that Jacob could teach a zoom class as there is no studio where I live. He did an excellent job at making the C2 class challenging and fun to attend. The class was packed and yet I think every single person enjoyed the class!
I love the variety of classes and the flexibility of booking online as it fits my schedule. Thus far my favourite is the Yoga Sculpt class Wednesday morning with Aldina. It is a challenging and fun class - I am determined to master all the poses and moves.

the location in Walnut Creek is super clean and has an amazing ambiance. the workers were super pleasant. would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a yoga studio.

Took time to explain cues (and safety) although potentially unfamiliar with some of the postures. Good flow linking movement to breath. Both an enjoyable workout, but also spoke to some of the unique aspects of yoga beyond the physical
The class was great easysafe and feee parking. . If I had to say anything that needed change was that the smell of the burger place came fheough the into the yoga room. It wasn’t that unpleasant but more that it was a smell that shouldn’t be associated with your yoga practice.

Victor is one of the best yoga instructors ever. Classes are challenging, but he keeps you motivated and also reminds you to listen to your body not your ego.
