I love Blackhawk Core Power! I especially like the diversity of the training by all of the instructors. As someone that comes every day, I need a good variety of exercise routines to balance out my workouts. It would be really nice to offer-up some classes that are specifically designed to work the lower body the majority of the time, although I do realize that CORE POWER works all of the body all of the time if done properly.
