-Classes start as early as 5:30 am and go through out the day
-There is a wide variety of teachers with various teaching styles

I had an amazing yoga class today. The yoga instructor was very clear and had a calming voice and demeanor but she still gave us a challenging class. I would rate the class a 9 out of 10. However, the temperature was still a bit too warm for me, even though it was a 'moderate' heat class.

It’s a great workout and facility is nice.
My instructor Gillian F. was very friendly, enthusiastic about class, and encouraging. I felt like she applauded all levels and was very motivating throughout class which helps me during a working out. I'm fairly new to yoga and yoga sculpt so it's nice to have a warm welcome to a new environment. I will definitely be back for more classes at CorePower Yoga!

The entire experience at CorePower was outstanding. The welcome at the front desk was warm and helpful as I got oriented to this location. The class was phenomenal - allowed for various levels of skill and great coaching on body position. The facility is spotless and easy to navigate. It was delightful and I'll be back.
