I love that more low heat Sculpt classes have been offered lately! I know that's the case because some instructors are pregnant, but it's really nice to have the option for a low heat class. I'd love to see it continued and/or even extended to some C2 classes.

Jacqueline’s restorative yoga is probably the best gentle yoga class I’ve ever taken! As a fan of restorative yoga, I have found that it’s rare to find an instructor who is so deeply enthusiastic about the practice and able to provide ample guidance and structure to the class, allowing us to flow through movements opening up and relaxing the entire body without the class itself feeling to rigorous or rigid and taking away from the relaxation and restorative element. Looking forward to taking more of Jacqueline’s classes!

I love the instructors here, and I think the Blackhawk location has a good variety of classes When I’m in town to visit my parents, I look forward to visiting the Blackhawk location. I enjoy it more than my “home” location, Hayes Valley in SF, which lacks the community and variety that Blackhawk offers.

I love the studio! It was first time there and I enjoyed my session. The instructor was so wonderful, the front desk as well.
I like that they have a garage for parking. I hate that they’ve had to remove all the clothes and retail store due to repeated break-ins.
