Great, challenging class!
I had a wonderful experience during my first visit! I appreciated by how welcoming the staff was. The front desk was kind to introduce themselves and helped walk me through the studio to ensure I knew where my class would be, where to store my belongings, and to let them know if I have any questions.
The instructor was kind and motivating. Her class was so much fun! I appreciated the instructor reminding us during our practice that our breath is a gift to our body. I plan on coming back and taking more classes.
Excellent instructor. She had great command of the class, very good energy and followed up with me after the class for feedback as I am clearly new to this studio. Thank you!

I’ve been practicing at CorePower for about a year and a half now and it’s just the best for me. I LOVE how hot the rooms are, I love the instructors and the music and the flows. Over the last few month I’ve been trying other studios around my area just to see what else is out there and every single studio leaves something to be desired. CPY is where it’s at.
I love how movement feels in my body, how healing and therapeutic it is. Thank you 🙏

This was the best yoga class I’ve taken in quite some time. An intentional sequence with astute and kind queuing. The class felt like a warm hug! If there was a 6am CP2 I’d love to join more often. Thank you!

My first time doing yoga was a very unique and fun experience at CorePowet Yoga, it was a great workout, especially during the holiday season.
Great teachers, great classes, many options for what time and which class to take on any given day/week. Love the variety of offerings - yoga, sculpt, and weight/CSX classes. Warm, friendly atmosphere thanks to teachers and manager.
Alexandra and Emily have been Amazing! I've also taken Maggie at Emeryville but I know she teaches there as well.. I really impressed with the teachers at CPY

I love CorePower yoga! I love the instructors and the schedule that lets me choose classes throughout the day. Love it! Just wish it wasn’t so expensive in California, that’s my only complaint.
I really like Kristen R.’s classes. I’ve been practicing with her since she started teaching at Core Power and her classes are amazing. I appreciate her music selections and that it’s a flow class!!! 💕
