The facilities are clean and high quality. The studio itself is quite spacious and has a large locker room with many amenities. The specific sculpt class was challenging and the right vibe needed for an early morning class to start the day.
I LOVE the Mission Bay studio. I personally love Filiz or Charlotte’s classes, and this time around, I was able to come to Filiz’s class. Not only is she an amazing yogi and athlete herself, she is so talented, so knowledgeable, and so kind. You can absolutely tell how well she has created and curated a community of like minded individuals because so many people in her class were regulars. Her experience and knowledge is so extensive, and because of that she’s able to challenge the class in ways we’ve always wanted, in turn making us stronger in our own practice. She’s also so kind, so amazing, so friendly, so strong! So many great things!

Elaine was so amazing, she brought great energy to each individual in the class. I wasn’t in the best mood to attend a class on a Friday evening but she made it worth it. I felt motivated, encouraged, and powerful!

So I’m not sure if this is the review for Ashle Me’s C2 on Monday at 6:00 pm pst or Alison U’s HPF & Sculpt on Tuesday at 10:30 am pst and 12 pm pst so here’s a review for both:
Truly incredible sequence and flow by Ashle. I burnt 755 calories and almost fainted with how difficult Mondays 6:00 pm pst Nob Hill C2 class was but it was all worth it! If you want a challenge with phenomenal music, incredibly tough/yet perfectly flowing sequencing, great voice projection/perfect cueing, and an instructor that fully demos and utilizes all four corners of the room, Ashle (aka: BEST) is your girl 💅🏻. Plus, 25 years of yoga experience, what more can you expect from the best.
Don’t even get me started with Alison U. This girl is gifted. I’m hoping one day she can teach HPF, Sculpt, and bring in a C2 all on Tuesday so it can be called the Alison U triple combo deluxe all day class session. It’s just perfect. You take 3 classes and you get half off on your fourth. This would be such a great sales strategy for those who are crazy and can do yoga all day. Regardless, I took Alison’s HPF and Sculpt and burnt 1,055 calories total yesterday. Finally losing all this disgusting jiggly fat I gained while overeating in Asia. 😪
Convenient times after work, friendly staff, overall I enjoy the class
I went Saturday morning, 9/13 at the 10:15 AM class. I forgot the name of the instructor. He was AMAZING! I really enjoyed taking a class from him; he was a good teacher, demonstrated positions, supported with guidance, and had such a relaxing and calming presence.
Brent’s energy is a great motivator! His CSX programming was a good workout and he got creative with cardio. He was mindful of the room set up (heat, lights, etc). One thing he could improve on is considering exercises for folks with less even strength distribution between upper and lower body. For example, I can do a swing or deadlift with a much heavier weight than I can shoulder press or curl. So combining those moves means I have to go for the lower of the two weights.

If you go to Core Power Cow Hollow take Brittany R’s class! Great instructor with great presence, sequencing, and music choice. Her classes are always waitlisted so make sure you sign up 3 days in advanced. I took her class last Saturday and the room was completely full but we were able to squeeze two additional individuals in the back. Crazy status!!!

Amazing teachers. Akil, Kory, Jonas, Carolina, Jordan, Rebekah, all are incredible. The studio space is very well maintained, showers and restrooms are clean, and everyone is super welcoming. I love the individuality each teacher brings to their class within the framework of a C2. Their passion and dedication come through in each class.
