I absolutely loved Mari's class. She has a great, positive energy and was able to navigate a completely full class seamlessly. I'm so glad that I got to take her class today. All of the other girls working the studio were also super friendly. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone.
I took Ashle Me’s class at Nob Hill. I just moved to San Francisco and ideally I’m not a fan of yoga since I want a format that’s more challenging and active. I’ve heard from multiple locals to try Ashle’s class at 6 pm and I kid you not, she is incredible! Probably one of the hardest power vinyasa classes I’ve taken and her flow and poses made so much sense. I don’t think I’ve sweated so much in my life. It’s so hard to find good instructors that can incorporate good music/repetition of beats, synchronized sequencing, and build up to a tough sequence. This is my new Monday evening sessions!

Leila E. was such a great instructor. Made it a very challenging but productive experience which is why anyone does the hot core power sculpt in the first place. Will definitely be back again many times. She rocks!

12:30pm midday class was everything I needed and more! really love the focus on each pose and not rushing through the practice. Thank you for teaching us real yoga!
Amazing flow and music
The community classes along with the teachers have been exceptional and non-judgemental. They create warm inclusive environment to newbie yogi's which includes being pushed but also given option to work to our comfort level.
Great workouts and instructors
First time - looking forward to doing more classes but it looks like it could be what I have been wanting to supplement my running...

The course allowed me to feel relaxed and relieve my stress. I enjoyed the warm temperature, the effect of exercise and fun activities. I was able to meditate before and during the class as well.

I tried Lola’s class and it was truly incredible! Great voice projection and cues. In addition, I loved her sun B sequence flowing it twice, then moving into B+. Her intention was balanced which she mentioned is something we work up to and I truly believe in that statement. Lola is the best! Go LoLo!

The heated studio was perfect for the cold weather we've been having.
The instructor at the 11am (Nercy) community class was one of the best flows. It was diverse and not too hard

Instructors are great. Corporate needs to fix the heater in studio 2. 2+ weeks with no heat is embarrassing.
I appreciate variety of teachers who give out their personalities in their own way of easing into the poses or pumping up the energy in the studio!

I absolutely loved taking Cristina Mansir’s class. Cristina’s class was so upbeat, exhilarating and filled with positive vibes without compromising on giving us an intense workout. I will come back to take one of her classes again!

I am getting stronger and gain flexibility via Yoga Sculpture class. I was not able to finish my first class due to the difficulty level. Now I am getting better and able to workout the entire session. Definitely worthwhile
