I really appreciate that the HPF classes are all pretty much consistent no matter who the instructor is. Since my work schedule limits when I can practice I feel pretty confident that I will be able to participate in class no matter who is teaching.

Large room, friendly staff, easy parking close to studio, lockers are helpful. Only downside of CorePower is very short shavasana time in all of the classes in all locations.

I happened to be the only one who attended this particular class, and the instructor Ray was wonderful! She attended to me without making me feel self conscious, and she had a beautiful understanding of anatomy and physiology. I will definitely be returning for another class with her.

I love CP the most. The yoga practice is power focused and I get a lot of strength training mixed with breathing and stretching. It’s perfect for me because I love a good challenge. It’s kept as secular as can be, which I appreciate a lot.
I love the Pacific Beach location, it's my go to and I travel from Hillcrest just to go to the PB classes. All of the instructors are amazing and it's a very friendly environment. Their Core Restore classes on the weekend are the best!
The Point Loma location is well maintained and the instructors are super friendly and welcoming. I've always had excellent C1 classes there!
