The teachers are amazing (Tiffany, Jessica, Cheryl, etc). The studio area is large.
LOVE Patti!!! She makes a class so fun and the flow is soooo good. The music is fun, energetic and the class always feels like it’s seconds instead of an hour. Also ally with the name Patricia not too many young girls still have that. You ROCK Patti and make Thursdays even more sweet!

12:30pm midday class was everything I needed and more! really love the focus on each pose and not rushing through the practice. Thank you for teaching us real yoga!
Amazing flow and music
The instructor at the 11am (Nercy) community class was one of the best flows. It was diverse and not too hard

Lizzie is the best teacher! She has great flow and is really easy to follow. Gives great options for beginners and also more advanced movers. Banging playlists also 💕
