First time taking a Yoga class- I have to compliment Amanda (Marina location) for kicking my butt!
Well-worth the tender backside and aches and pains in muscle groups I didn’t know I had!

I enjoyed her class very much- room temperature was set on bake! And as a dumb jock I pulled the heaviest weights off the rack - big mistake!

Highly recommend Amanda- she gave me a new perspective for Yoga.

except warning people there is only one locker room and makes it hard to change and showering is very limited which sucks. But a great place.

I love the instructor of my Yoga Sculpt class, but I felt that the music was a little too loud. It was hard for me to hear what we were supposed to do :(

Great instructors

Amazing teachers - not only welcoming but also excellent. I love that I learn as part of class, performing moves correctly to benefit our bodies is the priority over speed etc. Heaps of fun too! Genuinely appreciate the community they are building. Thanks!

I would definitely recommend CorePower however there are several things I would also recommend to improve. Separate changing/locker rooms at every studio and more variety in the class types, specifically offering HPF. I also feel like the studios with locker rooms could keep them quite a bit cleaner.

I love Corepower but you seriously need to start capping the classes on headcount.

On the weekends for Yoga Sculpt it's so crowded it's no longer enjoyable. Please start requiring sign ups/caps/add more YS classes- they are amazing!

CorePower Yoga has helped me become passionate about yoga. The instructors are all very approachable and capable and I really enjoy the heat! Best work out class that I've attended.

The classes have been really great! Both instructors I've had were very welcoming and engaging. I took Mindy's candlelight class and Amanda's yoga sculpt class.

I am hooked on the combination of yoga, cardio, and core strength workout I've found at CorePower. I noticed visible and strength results SO quickly, CP is the first studio membership I've had in over 10 years. The instructors make the workout fun and inspiring to push myself, every instructor has been great. The energy level of the class and friendly community is makes for an inspiring place to workout! Thank you!

Amazing workout.

The Marina Studio is tiny but mighty! Although there is only one studio, the Marina community and the welcoming instructors are what keep me coming back. The instructors are powerful and do their best to learn everyone's names. The studio managers use unique ways (like a wall of gratitude) to engage the community. This is my favorite studio in the bay area.

I was not expecting such a great workout in a yoga class. Emily was so fun to listen to and learn from.

The teachers at this location are SUPERSTARS. I actually live closer to the Nob Hill location and still walk to the Marina frequently because I love some of the teachers so much.

Location specifics: The lack of changing area and limited number of bathrooms is really tough with how crowded it is, but overall the studio is delightful, bright, and clean.

Two requests:
1. I wish there were more special / variety classes like HPF or workshops. Even if it was just 1-2 times a month on a weekend afternoon when there normally aren't many people around. Would be a great way to drive traffic and revenue during off peak times
2. Later classes on Friday night. Even just a 7:30 class would be great to get in a class after work before going out.
