I think more than any thing , the people who work there. Manager Randy is at the West Ashley Precision from a long time as long as I remember. I trust him and therefor I have and will recommended people to go there. Similarly a young technician is working there from a long time ( by the way, this time he did not work on my vehicle) and I like that.

Always curteous. Service is prompt in conjunction with how busy the store is. If there is something that needs attention, the service rep explains what is needed, but the decision is left up to the customer.
