Great honest workers.
It has always been fast and efficient service. I don't feel as if I am being taken advantage of in any way there. Once, when they serviced my car a hose to my radiator broke inside of the actual radiator. They called me, told me that it had happened, then replaced the entire radiator for free. They are friendly, efficient, and honest. I always recommend them to friends and family. And I do not take my car anywhere else for oil changes and maintenance.
I feel oil changes are affordable, staff is friendly and efficient, e.g., if it will take an hour to change my oil, they tell me that. I appreciate honesty in business.
I have an older vehicle - don't want to spend unnecessarily, but want to make sure I am doing what is needed to keep it running. Randy is very good at analyzing the problem and then advising me on what the 'need to fix' versus 'nice to fix' items are.
The staff are friendly and nice. They also answer any questions I ask.

I like that the services are usually time and cost effective but on this one visit I was told I didn't have break fluid in my car and I was thinking that the were going to full it for me. So I was under the impression that it was but it wasn't and I ran into the back of someone. So I think that if they didn't do that I should've been notified before I left so I won't be returning any more.
