Clean facility, friendly knowledgeable staff, fantastic instructors who truly care for their clients and the challenging classes that are also fun. The passion of both the staff and clients is infectious. In addition, I have seen results which is motivating.

Everything is made to enhance the clients experience and make it as easy as possible for them to get the most out of their workout! The workout stations are all laid out in advance and the trainers do an excellent job describing posture and form for each exercise. They diversify the daily workouts so particular body parts and cardio are hit that day. You never get bored that's for sure!
The trainers are experienced and really into the class including making sure your form is correct. They call you out by name and really help motivate! There's also a heart rate monitor easily visible to watch your heart rate. Literally all you do is show up and follow their lead!
