The instructors and work outs are fantastic. I have seen a huge difference in my strength and body. If I miss a week of work outs, (as I travel for my job) I'm sore in all the right spots. Bootcamp is like having a personal trainer every day, with all workouts different. Love it!

Great workout, compactly completed in under an hour
Love the circuit format, 40 minutes goes by so quickly and I feel I get a really good workout. I was energized the whole day! I'm hooked!
I love that I don't have to think for the 45 minutes or so that I'm at SCBC. I can just take that time to focus on my body and how I'm feeling physically and mentally. The trainers are attentive and caring and my fellow boot campers are so encouraging. It really is a positive place to spend a morning.

I love all the trainers, they are knowledgeable and fire you up when you are working out. I love how the workouts are always different. Every time I leave I feel like I’ve had a great workout.
The work out really helps me out a lot . I feel better and have more energy . As of late I can only manage to work out 2 times a week and I look forward to it

I thought the class was a complete blast. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. I was sore for a couple days which is a good thing for a workout. I recommend these guys to anybody who wants to get in shape and have fun doing it.
I love the workout and instructors. I enjoy the strength training ,mixed with cardio. Great place to get fit!

So Cal Boot Camp has been a wonderful addition and necessity in my life the last 3 and a half years.I have learned so much about nutrition and fitness.The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and always ready to help.The comradare is great and I have made acquaintances and friends I've come to care about. Before I joined I was looking for a class around the noon hour that could provide cardio and weight training but found nothing at any gym in the area other than S.C.B.C.They definitely fill a niche for those of us who enjoy midday workouts!I love the creative routines with the five stations because they are challenging and alot of fun! I can't say enough of how pleased I've been and how proud I am to be apart of this wonderful organization! Elaine DeNault
So Cal has the most well-rounded overall workout - cardio combined with weight training and strengthening - and you can go 7 days a week if you like.
SoCal bootcamp is great! They have a good variety of class times as well as a friendly staff in a very clean facility. The classes are always changing and the atmosphere of all of the members is wonderful. It’s an overall good program that keeps me motivated and I always enjoy my time there.

I like that you are done with a HIIT in 40 minutes, the variety of the exercises so that you are not bored, the instructors who push you to do your best and make sure have good form, the family environment, the positive vibes that are always being fostered, the challenges that are created to keep us motivated, client appreciation days.
