Stylist did not listen to my product sensitivity and used too many products on my hair. I paid for a double mvp and didn’t get the massage. I was never offered it. Points on face and scalp massage were off. Super friendly stylist though.

The training of the staff for both hair-cutting ability, courtesy and customer service is superlative.
Hot towels, massaging shampoos, and shoulder massages are relaxing and great!
BUT, I would add the experience would be perfect, comparable to British standards, if you included hot lather and straight razor (or safety razor) neck shaves. I would pay extra for that.

I think the four things that sets Sport Clips apart from the competition are:
1. The app. I like the convenience of seeing wait times and reserving a stylist
2. The stylists. The skill and personal attention given to each hair cut assures a consistent cut
3. The MVP. My favorite way to top off my cut is with the MVP experience. Like a day at the spa.
4. Products. I appreciate the convenience of having many styling products available. The stylists are helpful in suggesting which products work best with my hair.
