I had never been to a Sport Clips prior to my visit in Oxford, MS last month. I was most pleased with my haircut. I have been to the same barber for over 20 years, but could not get to him and needed a cut badly. Your stylist was friendly and capable. I thought she did a great job. If I lived in Oxford, I know where my new clip joint would be.

Love the app. I would like to see the the app upgraded to be more accurate on time for “on deck” times. The app usually tells me I’m on deck and I do arrive on time or early and wait another 45-60 minutes sometimes. That is why I rated you a 9 instead of a 10. Love your business model.
