I love CPY! Great classes, awesome instructors, fun promotions and occasional workshops, and plenty of class times to accommodate any schedule. Plus Lloyd is the BEST!
I love the instructors-- everyone is very welcoming! The classes are challenging and I find myself wanting to go every day.
The only reason I'm not a 10 is there's only 1 shower, can make mornings getting to work more stressful but it hasn't been too bad so far!
I like the pace of the classes. It feels like a yoga class in terms of the breath, but I really like how quickly the movements are often performed.

Love the classes. The studio is cramped with small lockers, but the facility overall is maintained well, kept clean, and staff is friendly.

amazing. id just say that they smaller setups like fenway and seaport are a bit hectic and cramped. Also not much privacy in the mens room.
