Excellent instructors with a great vibes of an atmosphere from students and teachers. Facility is in a great location near an area to enjoy the view of the harbor and many local restaurants. The men's changing room is rather small with only one shower, not much room for changing since the view can also be exposed when the door is open. Other than that, it's a clean place.

It was a new type of class we were introduced to and wouldnt hesitate to do it again, very friendly yoga trainer that makes the class very fun whilst also making us work hard

Great people and instructor (his music was awesome!) Simple, clean, easy studio. Better parking options would make it a 10!
Class was packed but not too crowded. Instructor was very clear, helpful, friendly, positive, encouraging. It was a very good workout! I'd come back. The facilities at Seaport aren't as nice as Fresh Pond, but there were free lockers and the floor and props were clean - that's all that really matters.
Lloyd’s class and the ability for him to take the practice to such a unique and fun place.
