I absolutely love this yoga studio and take classes here every day. I regularly attend yoga, sculpt, power yoga 2, and strength classes. I especially enjoy the variety — the different instructors and unique sequences make each class feel fresh and never boring. Even the strength classes, which don’t seem as popular, are a great change of pace and a really nice break from my daily yoga sculpt routine.
The community and overall energy here are amazing. I love music and the motivation it brings to class, and most of the time it really elevates the experience. My only concern is that occasionally the music volume is extremely loud in certain classes. On one day, it was so loud that my ears were ringing, and I actually had to leave early. My head was still ringing a couple of hours later. I genuinely felt bad because the instructor was fantastic — it was just the volume. The speakers don’t seem designed to play music at that level, and it felt unsafe.
One small thing I’d also love to see more of is wellness or spa-style touches. I know some instructors already “wave” lavender towel at the end of class, which is amazing, but it would be wonderful if chilled lavender towels were available for everyone more consistently. Little details like that really enhance the experience.
My friend and I love Sara Benjamin’s Friday morning class!! She has the best music and we love how she changes up her flow each week incorporating new moves! Always the best start to our day <3
I’ve taken two classes C1 and C2. Lindsay who teaches C1 is phenomenal. I love focusing on my stretches and breathing into my stretches to relax

I love the instructors but the lockers are falling apart again. They don’t stay on the hinges. But love the classes and instructors.

My friend recommended this location as we normally go to Back Bay which is still a great workout, but she mentioned how every instructor she has taken classes with at Seaport had much different moves, or flow rather. It made our time there feel much more challenging but in the best way possible. Leaving class feels so rewarding afterwards!

I really like CorePower Yoga and the Seaport location. I wish there were low heat classes like they offer at InkBlock. Also core principle classes (level 1) are never offered at the Seaport and certainly not at good times. Thanks again.
I think that CorePower is a great workout. I have been attending yoga sculpt classes in particular for many years.
If I could give constructive feedback on one thing, I feel like some of the yoga sculpt classes have eliminated the cardio section. I think that is an important part of class to intensify the workout. I think the cardio section of class or at least an element of cardio should be standardized/included in all yoga sculpt 1 hour classes.
The instructors are awesome, and I love the heated yoga sculpt classes, especially now in the cold Boston winter!

There has been a clear effort to offer lots of C2 / yoga classes both days of the weekend, which is wonderful - especially during a busy time of year, it’s great to be able to go to a different class as needed based on my changing schedule. Thanks!

Very efficient work out that hits total body and includes stretching. Instructors are welcoming, high energy and fun.
