Daria and Mariria are amazing teachers. My suggestion is to add more C2 classes at 7:00/7:30 PM. I work until 5:30 and it is challenging to attend the 6:00 PM classes. Thank you!

CPY is an immediate mood boost any time of the day or week. All of the instructors have infectious energy, pushing me on my good days and encouraging graciousness on low energy days. I’ve gotten so many of my friends to join and we all agree it’s the most fun we’ve ever had in a workout class!

For core I had wish all instructors were able to count music beats, it’s a very nice flow when done that way. It takes listening to music and having someone assist those instructors that it doesn’t come natural to hear, 4.3.2.1.
