The products used by Merry Maids are good; they do the job, leave a nice clean sheen with no residue or build up. More importantly is the proper training of their team members on what product to use on each surface and how to use that product. We are extremely pleased with Courtney, our regular team member.

The girls did an amazing job!!! They even organized my clutter, which I was not expecting!! Got all the dog hair from ever piece of trim! The details of making sure trim is clean, windowsills are clean, blinds are dusted, ceiling fans were dusted!!! Was not expecting any of that. AWESOME JOB!!

Products good. Cleaning is hit or miss at times. Same person doesn't see things that should be dine especially in the bathrooms.
There staff are excellent and do a great job.
I am only interested in the job that your employee does. What products she uses or her methods are of no interest to me (as long as we have no reactions to the chemicals and my house is clean when she is done.

The cleaning crew did an excellent job with our house. We just moved into our new house and the previous owners left a big mess. I was shocked at how clean they were able to get the whole house!

Working teams do well together. My only regret is they know my place so well that they race through in way less than the hour I pay for. They are agreeable if I ask for additional work as I can always find some. On the whole I am pleased with the outcome of their work.

We like the team approach. It's very rare that maids will cancel. If one calls out, mgmt adds a sub or a sinllgle does the job alone.
