The employee sent was personal and friendly. Cleaned thoroughly, used products that were fragrance free which was very important to me. Merry Maids had different job descriptions and I was able to get one that was affordable to me. I’m doing a month to month agreement because of the service I received. Also on time which is very important.

Merry Maids Team 8 conducted a first and deeper clean for me last week. Lilliett and her team arrived when expected and worked very pleasantly, quietly, and efficiently. The team of 3 was here about 2 hours and cleaned the house thoroughly! I especially enjoy my clean kitchen windows (that now give me a clearer view of the bluebirds nesting in the yard). I am allergic to floral smells and they used nothing that would aggravate that. My husband noted happily that the house smelled clean, but not floral. Thank you!
I should add is that Merry Maids, as a cleaning company, might start asking people if their wood floors are sealed. The cleaning checklist includes mopping all floors, yet water is not good for unsealed wooden floors. I have wooden floors that are about 125 years old, way before polyurethane was put on wood at the factory. Luckily I was at home and could explain to the team that I did not want water put on my wood floors.Having lived here for over 30 years and having had several cleaners over those years, I did not realize that cleaners today are not familiar with unsealed wood floors. I had no idea that they might want to mop my wood floors, so I did not think to tell them not to.
I have been enjoying my clean house and am looking forward to being a part of your regular service!
