Ever since I started using Merry Maids Des Moines, I have fallen back in love with my apartment. Both my husband and I travel for work, have two dogs, but still want to come back to a clean home without blaming the other for not keeping up with chores when they are home. This has been such a great experience, the staff is prompt and professional. I can’t say enough great stuff about Merry Maids Des Moines!

The services given have been very satisfactory. I like the way you notify me a few days before you come to my home. You are very obliging in changing the day if needed. The products used are nice and leave a clean smell to the house. The ladies ask if I am in the house what I like to clean my floors and I always go with your product. They generally do a good job and when I almost not present I feel comfortable for the ladies to come into the house.

The people that clean my house are fantastic and I don’t want anyone else. As far as the cleaning supplies, I wasn’t thrilled when you changed the brand of cleaning supplies because I really liked the air freshener smell and I don’t think the type cleaning product does as good a job as the first one you used. Other than that, I have no problems with your service.

The cleaners usually arrive on time. They are fast and efficient.
I'm not sure what products they use,but it seems to work.
I like to be at home when the cleaners arrive in case they have any questions.
But when only one cleaner arrives, I'm stuck at home for 3-4 hours.
