My worker told me last visit that she appreciated ME for the kitchen floor so she could go directly to the touch-up mopping. That's a switch from any cleaner (MM or independent worker) I've ever had!
Actually I did just recommend Merry Maids to a friend who was asking about house cleaning. For awhile I was having different ones each time which I wasn't happy with but I understand that they, like about everyone it seems, are having trouble hiring help. But I like that now again I am having the same Merry Maid coming each time. In my experience most have been prompt, professional, with attention to details. I like that there are never bad chemical smells which I am very sensitive to. It's nice to have a clean home to enjoy and to share with guests.

I had Alia and she was absolutely PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that my cleaning was perfect. This was my very first time with a cleaning company or anyone for that matter who would clean my house - I usually clean myself. I decided to give this a chance and I am so pleased with my decision. I will be doing this again, hopefully regularly. I hope that I get Alia every time!! I wish there was a way that I could tip her because she definitely deserves it.

The efficiency and detailed cleaning that takes place. Also, the friendly staff who seem to be flexible in working around personal needs of clients.
I was very impressed with the entire experience. This was for my sister and brother in law's house. They are unable, due to physical and medical health.
I met them over at the house, and the pre-cleaning walk through was covered.
They got right to work. I did tell them I had done 3 hours of 'pre-cleaning' the afternoon before.
No challenge was too much for these two gals! And when Lacy came by to check the progress, it was very good of her to do so.
The girls were there for 3 1/2 hours, and did a terrific job!!!
I would definitely call upon them again!!! And we have them coming once a week

There is no strong chemical smell after cleaning. Loren does a great job and has an excellent eye for detail.
They were kind, great communication, and did a great move out service for cleaning the entire house.
