I recently hired Merry Maids for a deep cleaning of my apartment. They did a very good job, including eliminating stains that I was previously unsuccessful removing. It was great to come home to a clean, freshly-scented apartment! And I enjoyed meeting the owner during my initial consultation - she was very professional and nice.

Our house is thoroughly cleaned each time in a very reasonable time. We can count on the cleaners showing up in the time slot allocated, and there are text messages to remind us at least a day ahead of time. The cleaners are friendly and willing to fill our requests, though we have few because they do a good job on their own.
The gals are trustworthy and efficient and thorough in their cleaning. I'm very happy with their service.

Amanda is terrific. She stays busy the whole time she is here, and she leaves our house shining. We are in our 80s, and have a few physical challenges. It is delightful to have the house as clean as we would like, and now our poor old joints do not complain. We have wood floors, and they shine beautifully once she uses the magic cleaner than she uses. We couldn't ask for better service.

The service was excellent. A notification that the regular appointments (Wednesday at approximately 11AM) would be appreciate because my wife and I have numerous medical appointments and we need to avoid conflict.
