The workers did a great job overall! The only thing they missed was the dishes in the kitchen sink and they took off the decorative pillow shams on the master bed and put them in the wash.

The Merry Maids team was amazing from start to finish! We were preparing our house for renting, and they left it looking brand new! They went above and beyond, thoroughly cleaning all the drawers, cabinets, the fridge, the oven, the garage, and more. All with friendliness and great communication! We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would like for the employees to be consistent in the work ect that they do but Of course everyone's different and more people r more through than others one thing I Do really appreciate is they are consistent in showing up when and on the days they r expected

The housekeepers are excellent and sweet.

The ladies really do a great job. They are professional and are a God sent! What is so appreciated is that we always know in advance when they are coming; that is, what hour they will arrive. They are kind, considerate and are the true "Merry Maids.
Our regular maids do an excellent job. They use unscented products at my request because I have allergies. Occasionally, we get a different team who use products that bother my allergies. Substitute teams should be informed to follow the same practices as our regular crew. We wish there was a better way to know what time our maids will arrive. We work from home and not knowing the arrival time is stressful. When we get the message from the scheduler, we text back to request the time our maids are expected. We don't always get a reply.
Merry Maids did a great job cleaning our condo to help get it ready to sell! They were on time, and worked efficiently. We appreciate all of your help!
When fully staffed, cleaning is usually fast and meticulously carried out. Good communication with folks working in our home. No breaks and finished in a reasonable time. Know which products to use for surface.
