Merry Maids communicates early and often about arrival time, their agents are professional and efficient, and they are friendly to our staff while they have to work around each other at some times of day, during staff breaks or lunch. The office always looks and smells good after they are done.
very professional and friendly cleaners. They do an excellent job and clean every room. They also go the extra mile. For example, my stovetop needed some extra attention so my cleaner brought some special cleaner to concentrate on that.

I am sensitive to scents and they use minimal chemicals. When I requested one cleaning that they turn on the fan when cleaning the bathroom, they added it to the instructions so I haven’t needed to request again.
Oh, and the house gets very clean!

Our cleaners do superior work, without any input from me. They work quickly and do complete any instructions I give. Thet are always prompt to arrive.
Staff are very kind and willing to do small extras. We are not that fussy and unfortunately we are messy people but the staff are quite willing to clean around stuff.

Nancy's communication was great. She was able to work within my delicate moving schedule during a holiday week. Then, when the previous owner refused to vacate a portion of the home on the day of cleaning, she was really flexible and understanding - and managed to send back her team later that week to complete the cleaning when the full property was vacated.
