Always know when they are going to show up, great customer service

They clean better than anything I find at the store, added bonus, I don't have to put in all the time to get things to sparkle. Also, they don't smell like chemicals, but they still smell clean.

I was very pleased with everything except my hardwood floors. I came home to the same spots in the entryway and dining room that I had seen as I was walking out the door. I took a paper towel to some of those milk spots and they came out easily. Who ever mopped my hardwoods did not get them clean.
I did text and sent mail to Merry Maids number I have and have not received a response. It's been 3 days now.
