Housekeeper's did a good job except missed a couple things I thought should have been done. I was impressed with them returning and finishing.

I only have had one cleaning thus far. The house sparkled and a very thorough job was done. The products that were used are highly effective and the two gals worked their butts off. I hope it continues. I have used other professional cleaning services and it seems like it slacks off after time. So far, so good!!

When the rug had a little more damage to the fringe after vacuuming, the rep. who said she was the local MM office manager said MM would pay for the damage, I said we weren't ready to have the rug repaired. I asked instead, as a very long-time MM customer, how about a $25 discount on the next cleaning, and the rep. said yes. I really appreciated that. The rep. also said to contact her when we do have the rug repaired if it is more than $25 for the repair. That is good customer service.

Liked how the products cleaned the fridge and stove. I need a product that will bring my wood floors back to being shiny. I dont know of anything. I suppose your maids dont either.

I needed a house cleaned quickly for buyers (I am a Realtor). I contacted 4 different companies that couldn't meet my deadline. Merry Maids came out the next day. The buyers were extremely happy with how the house looked. I will certainly use Merry Maids again.
